ADRIENNE SHEEHAN

Adrienne graduated from the University of Ulster in 1998. She completed her training in a long established conveyancing firm and joined Keenan Solicitors immediately after qualifying as a solicitor in 2000. She heads our Conveyancing Department and also deals with complicated Wills and Probate. She is regarded as a leading practitioner in her field due to her meticulous eye for detail and wealth of experience. She handles residential sales and purchases but also re-mortgages and transfers for private clients, property developers, businesses and lending institutions.

Adrienne is also an experienced Probate and Wills Practitioner helping clients to put their affairs in order during their lifetime and acting for their Executors in dealing with the winding up and distribution of the assets of an estate in an efficient and cost effective manner.
